1. Service Description

influx.to is an email marketing platform operated by Velveteen Technologies Inc., a British Columbia corporation. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the influx.to platform and all related services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Velveteen Technologies Inc. is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use influx.to to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Use purchased, rented, or third-party lists without documented subscriber consent
  • Send content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or deceptive
  • Violate applicable anti-spam laws, including CASL (Canada) and CAN-SPAM (USA)
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to circumvent platform rate limits or security measures

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your subscriber lists and email content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. No SLA is provided on the Free tier. Pro tier customers are eligible for email support regarding availability issues.

6. Payment

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia, Velveteen Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
